Start with the bottleneck
We begin with one painful process — intake, follow-up, routing, reporting, or after-hours coverage — and prove value before expanding.
We work with growing businesses that need better customer response, cleaner internal handoffs, and systems that keep running when the team is busy, understaffed, or off the clock. We show working demonstrations and reference architectures—and we customize from there.
Most owners are not shopping for buzzwords. They want fewer missed calls, faster follow-up, less manual copying between tools, and clearer visibility into what is happening in the business.
That is the work we do: turn messy, people-dependent processes into structured workflows—with intake, routing, notifications, records, and reporting your team can trust, and integrations ready when you are.
We are not here to drop another disconnected tool on your team. We design around the way work actually moves through your business.
We begin with one painful process — intake, follow-up, routing, reporting, or after-hours coverage — and prove value before expanding.
Every workflow includes what happens next: who gets notified, what gets recorded, when a human steps in, and how managers see status.
Behind the scenes is deep systems experience—cloud and on-prem deployment, hybrid integration, monitoring, and security-conscious design—so the solution stays reliable after launch and ready for what you add next.
Our founder has spent more than 30 years designing and supporting enterprise technology environments for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. Today that experience is applied to practical workflow automation for service businesses and growing teams.
We also work with a senior enterprise storage engineer with more than 30 years of SAN and data-center experience—so when the engagement needs arrays, fabrics, capacity planning, or storage migrations, that depth is on the team, not bolted on after the fact.
The advantage is simple: you work with people who can talk to the owner about the workflow and handle serious systems delivery without a parade of handoffs.
Career background on the automation and cloud side includes large-scale retail and analytics infrastructure, global telecom operations, regulated cloud security work, custom business platforms on AWS, and production environments where uptime and process discipline mattered. On the storage side, our partner’s career covers enterprise SAN administration, capacity and performance work, and data-center storage operations. Those were roles and environments—not automatico.llc case studies.
That experience shows up as systems you can depend on: secure cloud, on-prem, or hybrid deployment; clean integrations; SAN and platform operations; ETL and analytics foundations; and day-two support. Working demonstrations prove what is possible on the automation side; infrastructure engagements are scoped to your environment. When you need net-new platforms, we can design and build those too.
Those certifications back the practical side: retrieval, grounding, multilayer model utilization, and workflow design when models are part of the solution—not hype, and not a substitute for a process your team can run. We can discuss which layers make sense—rules, retrieval, hosted models, or on-prem inference—based on your data, latency, and cost constraints.
Your role does not need to be technical. Owners, office managers, and ops leads are welcome—we explain options in plain language and design around how your business actually works.
You describe the process, the pain, and what “better” would look like for customers and staff.
We define one focused workflow, the integrations involved, and what success means in measurable terms.
We implement intake, routing, notifications, storage, and reporting—then test with real scenarios.
We tune what is not working, document the system, and identify the next workflow worth automating.
See example builds for voice intake and web lead capture, or services for the full range of front-office, mid-office, and back-office work we support.
Tell us what is breaking down today—missed calls, slow follow-up, intake chaos, reporting gaps, or staff overload. One primary next step: a short assessment so we can scope a practical first build.
